1. Your documents are yours

At Virtuall, you decide what you share. Nothing from your Virtuall identity is shared with a recipient without your approval.

2. How verification works

Documents you add are processed on our servers so we can validate them. When someone requests information, you see what they asked for and what they will receive. You may share selected details, such as your name or address, or a supported proof that answers a question without revealing the underlying value. Stopping access ends future access through Virtuall. It cannot remove information a recipient has already downloaded or kept.

3. Information We Collect

We collect minimal information required to provide our services:

• Waitlist Information: Name and email address if you voluntarily join our early access program.
• Account and identity information: the details and checks needed to set up your Virtuall identity, which may include a live face check.
• Documents you add: processed on our servers for validation. Details read from them are stored encrypted.
• Sharing records: who requested information, what you shared, and when.
• Basic technical information to keep the service working and improve it.

4. Security Protocols

Access to stored documents is restricted, and details read from them are stored encrypted. Some steps ask for a live face check to confirm it is really you.
