1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Virtuall service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our software or services.

2. Description of Service

Virtuall provides a digital identity app. The service lets you create a Virtuall identity, add supported documents for validation, and choose which details or supported proofs to share with others. Payment features open after launch and are not part of the service until then.

3. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

• Keeping your device and your sign-in details secure.
• The accuracy of the documents you upload to your vault.
• Any actions taken using your Virtuall identity.

IMPORTANT: If you lose access to your account and cannot verify that it is you, we may not be able to restore your access.

4. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Virtuall service for any illegal purposes, including but not limited to:

• Identity theft or impersonation of others.
• Uploading fraudulent or tampered documentation.
• Attempting to get around the security of the service.

5. Limitation of Liability

Virtuall is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any loss of data, loss of access, or damages arising from your use of the service.

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
