Questions, answered.
See all questionsWhere are my documents processed?
Documents you add are processed on VirtuALL servers so they can be validated. Details read from them are stored encrypted, and access to stored documents is restricted.
Can I take back access after I share?
You can stop future access through VirtuALL. This cannot remove information a recipient has already downloaded or kept.
Is VirtuALL the same as MyMzansi or the South African government digital ID?
No. MyMzansi is the Department of Home Affairs digital identity service. VirtuALL is a private app. Credentials in VirtuALL are issued by VirtuALL, not by Home Affairs.
